原文其实还算标准的学术文章，很拗口，不过英国或澳洲人就是那个调调 （摊手）
看论文时猜作者的国籍，也是苦中作乐的一大乐趣 XD
另外，试改写的文应该是照原原po那段试译文改写的吧？
对於文意提出一点不同的看法～
原文： The model tested examines the predicted associations between
service climate and job induced tension,job satisfaction and
psychological dysfunction as indicators of employee wellbeing.
简化一下：The model examines the associations (between those parameters) as
indicators of employee wellbeing.
大约是说，他们检测的是上述两两参数间的预估关连性是否能当员工福祉的指标
原文末句： This investigation is undertaken in the context of the university
environment where it is argued that the increasing "consumerisation"
of students may be a source of job pressure for university staff.
这句是说研究的背景，和研究结果没什麽关系～
