She [the Queen] might have added that neither is he someone who takes much notice of criticism. 照文章脉络这样看起来我个人会比较倾向he's not someone who's easily complimented的解法。 Cuz not only is Philip someone who's not easily complimented, but he's actually the kind of guy who pays no attention to public criticism.
