昨天晚上我要睡觉前，接到一封来自 www.translationzone.com 的信件。 署名 Daniel 的男子表示自己来自某家公司 (公司名称不透露，该公司可能也只是受害者)， 现在他们需要中文译者，请我跟他连络。 因为我曾经在这个网页登录过资料，以前也有业者透过这个管道和我连络， 於是我回信请他寄相关表格、试译稿或合约。 他回了这封信： Thanks for your response.Let me briefly give you details about the job then let me know if you"ll like to continue with the recruitment.We do have projects on Business,Marketing,Medical,Legal,Technical,History,Arts,Humanities,I.T e.t.c. We can provide you with about 2500 words to translate 5 days of every week for over a year.Its a long term project.And make payments after every 2weeks via paypal,direct bank deposit an western union.Our rates is 0.13Usd per word source and we do have a turn around time (TAT) for each file we send you for about 24-48 Hours and also if you dont have our newly customized e-MI 8.0 software you"ll need to get one as it is arequirment to begin work with us. Thanks Regards, Daniel 看完这封信我有三个反应： 1. 哇，rate 真不错，不过没要求我试译，也没请我提供作品，真奇怪。 2. 根据我的经验，外国公司都会和译者签约，通常也会先提供试用软体。 3. 什麽年代了还有L10N公司用 UPS 寄软体，至少我没遇过。 我上网 google 一下，马上发现相关讨论，果然是诈骗。 请各位译者 (尤其是非常想接案的人) 接到任何招募信件时，千万要小心求证。 不要看到优渥的译费就昏头。 仅供参考。 -- http://blog.yam.com/nuanua/ --
