标题[问题] 请问这句月考中翻英

这次学生月考题目里出了一题中翻英
颇具争议
我在改答案也困惑了 请各位高手指教
题目是
Jim上学总是迟到。不用说，老师们都认为他是坏学生。
出题老师的答案是
Jim is always late for school. Needless to say, the teachers all think
he is a bad student.
但是学生的答案出现了
1. _________, the teachers all think _______ (也就是上述出题老师答案)
2. _________, teachers all think _________
3. _________, all teachers think _________
4. _________, all the teachers think ________
请问各位高手 以这样上下文的情境
此处teachers到底要不要加the??
小弟认为2=3, 1=4,
但是究竟要用2/3 还是1/4?
ps. 出题老师认为2不行其他都算对
可是我认为2不行的话 3如何成立？
