Supplier and Buyer agree to enter into supplement(s) to this Agreement if necessary to maintain and improve the quality of Product A and to amend the terms and conditions between the Supplier and Buyer. 基本上 合约除了常有通用用语之外 更重要的是记载的当事人的权利义务 所以 就算中文只是叙述句 英文也要表现出权利义务 也就是shall这类用语 还有合约是针对将来发生事项 所以除非是描述事实背景 不然不会用agreed 其他像是purchaser contract observe 很少这样用 个人没见过 如果只是要翻译 这样大概就ok 可是 说实在 这个中文约写得不够好 我写的英文也只是翻译 就合约来说结构实在不够严谨 语意太模糊 法效性不够好 突然有加班的感觉 早知道不要晃进来= = --
