On acceptance of our order, We will remit 90% payment for effecting
the dispatch with in 14 days and 10% after satisfactory performance
with in 15 days.
请问这段的意思，是指：
接受买方的订单，买方将在出货前14天内先付90％货款；
收到货物後使用满意的话，会在15天内付清10％货款。
