标题[创作] A Tree by the Pavement

A tree, name unknown to me,
was planted in a man-made mound
between the pavement and the road.
The twigs on the pavement side was cut
for they may hurt the passersby;
the twigs on the road side was kept
for they may clean the dirty air.
