经查证属实，符合黑名单管理办法第五条第一项第一款之要件，
依同法第二项予以单位警告处分。依同法第七条第一项第一款，
27282679芮可企管顾问股份有限公司及其持有之所有帐号，自公告日起七日内，
不得於本板发表任何徵才文，违者视为违反本板板规第十五条第一项第九款，
处水桶一百八十日、文章得退文。
三、申诉救济
若不服本判决，得表明理由，至 part-timeBM 板发文申诉。
