二、说明
sr291发表分类错误、内容完全未依格式、应有资讯不全、显为徵求代为借物品之文章，
该当违反本板使用规范第七条第四项、第八条第三、六项、第十四条第二项第四款第一目
、第十五条第一项第七款，依同法第十六至十九条，应处水桶一百八十日以上、
并得退文，依其违规情节，处水桶三百六十五日、并科退文。
