收到这样的系统讯息：

我看到後就去盖了Wine cellar，在刚刚完工了，
但是回去看讯息，底下还是只有：Decline quest这个选项耶@@?
还有需要做什麽吗？
还是说我需要扩建这个special建筑呢？
还请前辈指点^^"
