We paid $99 for a room package and it had been charged beforehand, yet when we arrived at the hotel, they insisted I didn't register at all because they simply did not have my name in their computer. And I said only idiots would give up a package like that when he or she clicked the "pay" button online. I spent an hour or so holding the phone with her. She repeated more than 10 times "Sorry Ma'me, I can't do that for you." and eventually I said, "Then hand me to your supervisor. If you are not entitled to do that for me, find someone who can." And once I got to speak to her supervisor, things just worked out. So why not just talk to his "上级机关"?!
