二、说明
acton发表分类标签未依规定、内容格式未依规定、应有之资讯不全之买屋文，
观其文章内容，「买价」、「物件面积」此二项重要资讯尚且缺少，联络方式不合规定，
足见其未详阅本板置底公告，该当违反本板使用规范第七条第五项、第八条第二项，
依同法第十六至十九条，得处水桶三日以上、十四日以下、删除文章，依其违规情节，
处水桶十四日、并科删除文章，应属合理。
