除了Burckhardt 那一本经典以外，确实没什麽值得看的中译本或中文书
不过Burckhardt 那本的中译本翻得好不好我也不知道
看原po 过去的文章，大多是在问关於西洋史的书籍
既然如此，还是别怕自己英文不好、努力看外文好书吧
多看你的英文就会逐渐变好了
这是我主修文艺复兴义大利的同学资格考书单里的一小部份
你可以参考看看，不过这些只是非常通论性质的作品或一般的史学回顾
（我猜原po 要的应该就是这种）
其中至少Edward Muir 和Paula Findlen 两位是我所知道现在仍很活跃的重要学者
其他我就不清楚了
