简述自己之语言背景及程度：
I am going to be a graduate student next semester. I want to improve my
English speaking ability. If you are an English native speaker and want to
learn Chinese or the culture in Taiwan, please contact with me. Maybe we can
check if my foreign language abilities are good enough to communicate with
each other or how to run the language exchange will make it better first.
