I had the same problem after saved 1000 NT into ATM at 6/27. ( HNCB.com.tw)
Its sunday and raining day. (about 7:00~7:35 pm)
that time, in screen,the Account_number is look like Credit_Card_number.
and take fee 17 NT.
after near 2 monthes,not saved into my bank account.
i also saved successfully at 7/1,(second) 1000NT.
The Account_number is my bank number.
no fee needed.
i had told that bank twice,but they not find bug and my first 1000 NT.
so i finding solution.
ps:
my chinese inputing system are Chaos Code with ptt.bbs,this is another problem.
