标题[问题] Colpitts oscillator

我目前在设计一个colpitts振荡器
fixed frequency @ 2GHz
电路是使用

其中 L = 1nH C1 = 1pF C2 = 3.5pF
我是用ADS去模拟
先用Osctest去测试 有达到loop gain 在相位为零时等於 1.15
照理说是有达到起振条件
但我用harmonic balance amalysis
却一直出现"cannot increase oscport level to set loop gain to 1"
还有 "Oscillator analysis did not converge. Setting solution to 0"
的错误
我怀疑是loop gain不够大的原因
但是我不断调整LC值却一直无法在2GHz得到比较大的loop gain
希望板友能提供一些建议
