标题[问题] 请问一个关於 propagation delay 的问题

最近在某介绍连接器的书上看到一段叙述
Interconnect delays are the sum of propagation delays within the interconnect
plus the transit time through the interconnect
在这段叙述中指的 "propagation delay" 和 "transit time through the interconnect"
两者有什麽地方不一样
感觉很像在讲同一个东西
请版友帮忙解答
