10点多狗群在基隆祥丰街43号出没，请当地人帮忙留意！狗群可能攻击在地街猫跟浪犬，
若有攻击行为请大声喝止或吹哨驱赶，带宠物外出散步也请牵绳。

是的，就是6/9骇人听闻的10几只狗群咬猫发生地点祥丰街加油站附近，真的要很戒备
