使用侧挂的理由在於你移动你的重量从机车顶端到更低更内侧的位置去。这个动作可以让
你的机车被离心力推向弯道外侧时用重量改变你的车子。当你的重量(重心)位置高於
车子时,这能给予转弯力(轮胎向弯道内侧之力)一个更长的杠杆去使力。
为了克服离心力,机车必须在弯道尽力去倾倒。当离心力越大时,你就必须用更多的倾
倒去征服他。使用侧挂,你移动你的重量到机车内侧以及离地面越低,你就能使用越少的
倾倒去对抗离心力。
这不是削弱离心力,这只是减少他的效能。现在同个弯道半径车子不用过度倾倒,而且还
能使用更快的速度通过即使你跟一个不用侧挂的骑士用同样的速度过这个湾,你也能比他
更早加速,因为你的轮胎跟路面有更多的接触。
这个动作将会带来很大的好处。
记住,在弯道增加速度最有效的方法就是减少回转半径。
