the player may jump off a pivot foot,
but neither foot may be returned to the
floor before the ball is released from the hand(s).
对於 jump off a pivot foot
个人认为意思是以中枢脚(jump)起跳
off 有离开地面的意思, 表双脚皆离地了
因此後面才会接 neither foot (两脚皆不)
虽然w大的嘴很臭, 但~我也是不支持"金鸡独立"一说的
