标题[请问] 无法显示验证码

台电的电费查询网站
http://wapp10.taipower.com.tw/eq2/
验证码那里一直无法显示
用了chrome 和ie 浏览器都一样无法显示
是我的电脑问题吗?
还是大家都一样?
