邓加说我们必须要恭喜亚洲球队 他们在过去几年有很大的进步
我们得尊重我们的对手 然後尽一切努力取得胜利
Tournament favourites Brazil start the 2010 World Cup with a match against
North Korea this evening and many expect the Selecao to record a comfortable
win. Head coach Dunga has pointed out that the Asians should be treated
with respect though.
"We have to congratulate the Asian teams, they have evolved tremendously
over the years. They are no longer the weaker team. Sometimes we believe
that a certain team is the best, but football does not lie. We have to
respect our opponents and do everything in our grasp to win," Dunga
was quoted as saying by reporters.
"I've heard the criticism that we lack creativity and that we are prone
to excessive defensive play since the beginning. It doesn't bother me
if people criticise me, but it has got to be done with a certain degree
of respect and responsibility.
"We have scored over 100 goals so we must be somewhat creative. We are
a very balanced team."
Brazil also face Portugal and Ivory Coast in the group phase of the
tournament.
