NBADraft.net - After losing out on Ray Allen and Michael Redd,
the Cleveland Cavaliers have finally landed their shooting guard.

Hughes is headed to the Cleveland Cavaliers for a deal that
averages $12 million a year.

2012, under new CBA rules players can only receive a five-year
