标题[情报] 预载apps的改善的Win 10升级体验

Win 10 build 14942改善了一项升级体验。
就是以前只要Win 10升级後，许多被卸载的"预载apps"就会自己装回来，
例如Microsoft Solitaire。
Build 14942开始，这些卸载的"预载apps"状态在Win 10升级後会被保留。
