行销专员 / Marketing specialist
【工作内容】
Responsibilities of this role include:
>Manage and coordinate the creation, trafficking, and publishing of product marketing materials, driving deliverables and deadlines for the marketing team and relevant partners.
>Track / evaluate post mortem campaign analysis and reporting.
>Design / improve mechanism to better acquire, win-back, convert and retain existing players in marketing campaigns, game activities and events.
>Recording all the marketing expense for budget preparation and monitoring
>Responsible for the planning and creation of editorial content in collaboration with social and community channels.
>Analyze and report customer behavior and sentiment in community and social channels in response to our go-to-market messaging, strategies, and tactice
>Apply performance marketing art and science to drive the organization towards key KPIs
>Track key metrics across multiple data sources to measure online campaign effectiveness
>Develop strategic metrics-based media and marketing programs supporting Wargaming franchises on social channels
>Support ongoing updates to market and competitive research, montioring current industry marketing practices and gaming industry trends
【徵求条件】
工作经历： 3 年以上
学历要求： 高中以上
语文条件： 英文 -- 听 /精通、说 /精通、读 /精通、写 /精通
>Passion for games!
>A minimum of 3 years of solid marketing experience within an agency or other direct to consumer industry. Video gam/entrtainment brand marketing preferred
>Understanding of various KPI's and targets like CPA/ROI/LTV
>Expert knowledge of performance advertising
>Solid understanding of sitelinks, optimization and implementation
>Ability to manage multiple projects, to prioritize, and to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
>Works well across dynamic team environment partnering with designers, copywirters, and players
【工作地点】
台北市忠孝复兴站附近
【工作时间】
日班，10:00 - 19:00，需轮班（含吃饭休息时间）
【月休】
