Cruel Weather 1事件骰 或 1人物骰
Play if the Fellowship is on step 1 or higher on the Fellowship Track.
Move the Fellowship to an adjacent region.
上网查了一下，在 Fellowship 隐藏的状况之下，似乎是以最後得知 Fellowship 的地点
做为移动前的基准，那麽在 Fellowship 移动後没有在原地点的情况下，会产生什麽结果
呢?
对Free People有利的结果
1. 因远征队已不在当地，因此指定落空。
对Shadow 有利的结果
1. 无论Fellowship在何处，均移动到指定的区域。
