Break the Meta is a staple event that takes place once per Mythic+ Season. It
’s all about showcasing that even high-level keystones can be completed
without a full meta comp, or even without a single meta character. Past BTM
events have seen full off-meta compositions achieve great heights… including
dungeons up to +20 in The War Within, just a few levels shy of the highest
dungeons on record for the entire Expansion.
For Midnight Season 1, we’re shaking things up a bit and adding a new way to
compete and win prizes. We’re excited to introduce Break the Meta BOUNTIES!
These are short-duration “quests” that will be take place throughout the
event, requiring players to complete dungeons with unique compositions and
challenges. Make sure you check out the BOUNTIES tab to learn more about this
new addition!
Other than the new BOUNTIES system, Break the Meta returns for Midnight Season
1 with the same 3 ways to play and earn prizes. This ranges from Relaxed play
(BTM Prize Bundle), to Competitive (Spec Leaderboards), and of course your
last opportunity to earn the EXCLUSIVE in-game Umbral Champion’s Illustrious
Banner Toy. Check out the Prizes tab to learn more about the various ways you
can Break the Meta, and how to earn each of the available rewards.
So gear up and squad up, it’s time to Break the Meta once more!

除了新的悬赏系统外，《Break the Meta》第一季回归，保留了相同的三种游玩方式和赚
取奖品。这包括轻松游玩（BTM奖品组合）、竞技（专精排行榜），当然还有你最後一次
获得独家游戏内幽影勇士光辉旗帜玩具的机会。请查看奖品分页，了解更多各种打破主流
游戏的方式，以及如何获得每一项可用奖励。
