From this day forward, it won’t happen again. They were old pictures. They were meant to be kept private but they weren’t. So from this day forward my actions and my judgments will be much better.” Burke averaged 12.8 ppg as a rookie for the terrible Jazz, and was named 1st team All-Rookie. His career got off to a rough start when he broke the index finger on his shooting hand last preseason. He shot 38 percent from the field in 70 games. It’s not totally clear why Burke had to apologize for sending photos of himself to a woman. The larger issue is why the woman felt the need to leak them blow up his spot by posting them on social media.
