Our iaas service accept foreign application but you must pay total setup Fee
of one-time , one phase for 6 month service charge and 3 month deposit first.
以上有关付钱的部分，我认为是:
要付一次性的setup费用和每六个月一次的服务费，
和三个月的服务费押金!
不知以上是否正确，再请前辈指导!
