请问这句如何翻较好呢
No waiver of breach of all or part of these Conditions shall (unless
expressly agreed in writing by the waiving party) be construed as a waiver of
any future breach of the same or as authorising a continuation of a
particular breach.
试翻:
不放弃违反这些条件的全部或部分（除非有由弃权方提出书面同意书）被解释为放弃未来
相同条件的违约、或视同授权延续特定的违约。
这里的 no waiver of breach 不知要如何翻才比较好
