You never had any of this, 但这些时刻将不会发生，你无法拥有 When you’re too busy looking down, you don’t see the chances you miss. 如果你总是忙着低头，连机会溜走了都浑然不知 So look up from your phones, shut down those displays, 所以，抬起头，把手机关了 We have a finite existence, a set number of days. 我们的生命有限，短短数十年 Don’t waste your life getting caught in the net, 别浪费生命，沉溺於虚拟网路世界 because when the end comes, nothing’s worse than regret. 因为一旦来到生命的尽头，没有什麽比懊悔还糟 I am guilty too of being part of this machine, 我其实也身处在这样的环境里 (还是他是指他也做了这部影片放到网路上，所以是帮凶？) this digital world we are heard but not seen. 在这数位世界中，我们能发声，却难以被看见 where we type as we talk and read as we chat, 我们边说话边打字、边读讯息边聊天 where we spend hours together without making eye-contact. 我们待在彼此身边好几个小时，却不曾有眼神交流 So don’t give in to a life where you follow the hype, 别盲目追求这种交流方式 Give people your love, don’t give them your “like.” 让大家感觉到你的爱，而不仅仅是按「赞」 Disconnect from the need to be heard and defined 别再在意是否有人看你的动态、他们怎麽想 Go out into the world, leave distractions behind. 步出家门，远离这些令人分心的电子产品 Look up from your phone, shut down the display, 抬起头来，关掉手机 Stop watching this video, live life the real way. 别再看这部影片了，体验真正的生活吧 --
