QE规模下半年起缩减　亚股全数倒地 The size of QE will shrink in the second half, causing a slump of Asian stock markets 美国联准会发布会後声明，本来市场期待联准会主席柏南克会对QE退场表达比较符合市场 的谈话，没想到他更明确立QE退场的时间表，下半年会减缓买债的规模。这个消息一释出 ，不仅美国股债齐跌，亚洲市场更是全盘皆没，台股也因此下跌近百点，市场反应相当剧 烈。不过，QE的退场定调，也在暗示美国经济逐渐回升，市场不全然悲观看待这个消息， 也有法人认为这也可能是利空出尽後的加速赶底，接下来换基本面行情接手。 The U.S. Federal Reserve issued an after-conference statement. Initially, the market expected that Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke would give a more market-friendly talk on the end of QE; however, he set a more explicit timetable for QE's end and would reduce the scale of debt purchase in the second half. After the release of this news, not only both the stocks and bonds slid in the U.S., stocks also fell in all Asian markets, leading to a drop of about a hundred points in TAIEX and a drastic response from the market. But the finalization of QE's exit also suggests the gradually rise of the U.S. economy, and the market does not view this piece of news with full pessimism.
