3. If John would like to read a file (from the CD-ROM), which is his 1500-page
novel with 3000 characters in each page, by using a 24x CD-ROM drives, how long
does it take to finish the file reading?
我算出来是0.6103sec 不过相当不确定。
能否请高手解题？
另外，它所说的 characters 我使用ASCII Code 7bit运算是否正确？
