标题[问题] 开机的问题

最近开机每次都会出现 蓝底白字的状况
可是我都有正常关机 没有当机
为什麽会出现 check C槽的情形呢?
而且 不只跑一个百分比 是跑两个
造成使我 开机~进入windows 需要两个小时…
因为不晓得 板友是如何将蓝底白字 拍摄起来
所以只好用key的。
请问我的电脑发生什麽问题了????
以下是蓝底白字的叙述
