标题[问题] 找不到可以移除VPN Client程式

我是安装VPN Client程式
第一次安装
安装进行中感觉电脑好像没在执行
以为当掉了
这时应该是没安装成功
因为最後没出现"完成"
所以就重开机
再第二次安装
却出现讯息:
Another version of this product has been found.
It willl be uninstalled first and then the install can continue.
接着
You must restart your system in order to continue the install.
就一直不能安装VPN
到新增/移除程式中也没看到VPN这程式
根本无法移除掉
请问好心人
如何可以解决这问题
