and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
其实第一眼看到题目时，直觉的选择是(A)，但看到答案後，想了一下文法规则：
regret + to RV. => to tell someone,to inform someone of some bad news
简单说，不定词是在deliver bad news
regret + Ving => something that happened in past.
简单说，动名词是 a mistake, feel bad almost
再回到题目，regret_______(发生在前)，and apologize for ______(道歉行为在後)
套回题目里，最後答案是Ving，看了一下选项，只有B可以选择
(重新汇整一下文章，大修正过，有不足的地方，恳请指正)
但说真的，如果真是自己在考试当下，这题我会错!!!还是会依直觉作答^^"
因为~~~直觉永远是考试最大的bug XDD
