标题[请益] 笔电HDD换SSD选择

我的老笔电的HDD挂了，刚才将他拆下，想换一颗SSD，
我的笔电配备：

我打算买1T的容量，目前看中美光这一款SSD：

请问这颗美光是否适合呢？或是有没有更好的SSD可以选呢？
