小弟透过版上某位大大的引领来到现在的公司，时间一晃不知不觉也五年了
最近做LLM Agent相关的团队有一些职缺，欢迎有兴趣的朋友来申请

客户涉及政府部门、医疗卫生、金融、石油和天然气、航空和酒店等领域
【职缺】 资料科学家 Data scientist (Junior/Senior)
【职缺内容】
‧Contribute to the design and development of AI Agent and Multi-Agent
systems based on LLMs, supporting autonomous decision-making and task
execution.
‧Participate in prompt engineering tasks such as Chain of Thought,
ReAct, and context management strategies.
‧Support the development of agent tool interfaces, enabling integration
with external systems and APIs.
‧Work on RAG-based retrieval-augmented QA systems and apply
domain-specific model improvements.
‧Collaborate in building scalable frameworks for workflow, agent, and
multi-agent coordination.
‧Stay updated on the latest AI and LLM advancements and help apply them
to enhance product features
【能力经验要求】
‧Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine
Learning, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
‧3+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or
intelligent agent system development.
‧Familiarity with LLMs, VLMs, Generative AI, and agent system design.
‧Has practical project experience in developing agent or multi-agent
systems with integration to external systems or data sources.
‧Understanding of reasoning models and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
‧Knowledge of agent tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG),
workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering techniques.
‧Proficient in Python with solid foundations in data structures and
algorithms.
‧Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI or similar).
‧Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
‧Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and applied
mathematics.
‧Experience with containerization tools (Docker).
‧Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL,
Redis).
‧Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows.
‧Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented, agile
environment.
‧Specialize in leveraging AI tools (Cursor/Claude code/
copilots/ChatGPT) to accelerate efficiency, boost productivity, and deliver
quick results.
‧Curious, motivated, and eager to learn and grow while tackling
technical challenges.
【地点与工作时间】
工作地点： 阿布达比
每日工作时间: 9:00AM~5:00PM
每周工作时间: 8*5=40，周休二日，通常不会加班
【薪资及福利】
‧ 换算台币约年薪 300 - 500 万之间
‧ 免税
