【职务说明】
The Intern Business Analyst is a part-time employee. It is responsible for
assisting with the preparation of materials for interview discussions, weekly
status reports, and the reports for steering committee board.
Major responsibilities include:
‧Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify
opportunities for improvements
‧Gathering and documenting client's current business processes, people and
technology capabilities and requirements.
‧Assisting in the design and development of new business processes,
capabilities and supporting technologies.
‧Developing communications, training and job aids to assist in change
management activities.

【工作技能】
Qualifications:
-Relational database (ex. Oracle, MS SQL Server, My SQL)
-Web service development (ex. XML, XSDL, WSDL)
-Basic programming language (ex. Java, C++,VB)
-Good MS Office skills
-Fluent oral and written English language skills
-Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
-Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
-Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills/Experiences:
-Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (ex. Opportunity
Management, Sales Transformation)
-Practical experience of relational database system
-Practical experience of web service implementation
-Experience of CRM related package system (ex. Sales Force .Com,
MS CRM Dynamics, Oracle Siebel…)
-Experience of Analytics/Reporting system (SPSS, SAS, Minitab)
