使用者 hsupaijay 持被检举之 e750426、ching331 帐号利用程式
自动输入文章获取稿费後，将所得转回 hsupaijay 以与他人进行交易，
触犯不当更动帐号数值管理办法第二条第一、四款及第十一条，
处以帐户归零、分身帐号全数砍除、停权五周及罚单五张。
犯罪人利用之 geography97 看板，依违法看板处理细则第一条第三款，
设为违法看板。
