Cupertino 95014 SFH 一雅房徵室友，房间大约10’x12’，有一大衣柜，需要与另外一个室友共用卫浴，房间无家具，但common area 已有简单家具（电视、沙发、餐桌等），室友皆是南湾科技业工程师，生活单纯，附近生活机能方便
租金是$1450，加上utility 3位室友均分
