In my opinion, it should depend on the students' personality, fondness and what they want to learn. It was said: "All roads lead to Rome." There should be the same knowledge to teach students among the schools. However, students will learn different things form their peers. There are numerous reasons why I support this argument, and I will mention the most important ones below. When boys and girls attend separate schools, they have to learn how to live without another gender. They can develop their ability without stereotype for sex. For example, when I was a senior high school student, I attended to a girl school. That was my first time to do some job that used to be done by boys, such as a leader in physical education class. Most important of all, I learned that there are nothing could be restrained by gender. I could do better than boys if I made enough efforts. What I got in that period encouraged me to be a confident and independent person. On the other hand, students attend a school with boys and girls have to learn how to interact and respect others. Students can broaden their minds, and even change their views through appreciating others. Moreover, they will know how to get along with different kinds of people. For example, when I was a college students, I took a part-time job to instruct a club in a junior high school with co-education. I found that students had much more understanding about another gender than my classmates in the senior high schools. Therefore, I think that students will learn more social skills when they attend to a coeducational school. On balance, I think whether boys and girls attend separate schools or not, they get something from their classmates.
