If I had the opportunity to choose a subject I've never studied, I'd choose economics. I'm interested in a subject that is both theoretical and practical. Such a subject is not only helpful in daily life, but also challenging. The more I know about economics, the more I can achieve my goal- be financially free. If I had such knowledge, I would know how to increase my asset, and be rich in a few years. On the contrary,a person without ecnomical knowledge couldn't get the useful information and make the right decisions. There are plenty of magazines and information about investment now. Studying economics helps me to get rid of trash information, and then choose the best one for me. Secondly, mathematics, my favorite subject,is essential for studying ecnimocs. I enjoy solving mathematical problems, which frequently appers in economics. I believe that with my excellent math ability, I will gain many successful experiences in economics. However, economics is also theoratical. Therefore, there must be some fundemental but unsettled problems which are quite challenging. I'm interested to learn more about this essential issues, and apply them into pratical events. In short, economics is a challenging and useful subject. If I could study economics, I would sure to not only be interested in it, but benefit a lot.
