Knee rehab Hello fans, I hope that all of you are enjoying this special summer since the most important event of this year is coming up only in several weeks. I am really looking forward flying to Beijing and playing the Olympics. It is such a different feeling since athletes get this chance to play at this event every four years, and for that matter all of us want to perform at the highest level. Since I came back from London, I had to cancel my vacation plans in order to get daily treatments on my knee so I could be ready for everything that awaits me in the next couple of months. The specific problem is with the meniscus which is recuperating bit by bit. I only practiced one hour a day at the beginning of last week, and last night I arrived to the United States where I will start my more intensive preparation for Los Angeles and Montreal. 上次我写日记时,告诉你们关於我膝盖的伤势. 当我从伦敦回来,我必须取消我的度假 计画,因为我需要天天复健,这样我才能为这几个月内在等着我的事准备就绪. 目前具体的状况是半月板正渐渐的恢复. 上周,我每天只练习一小时. 昨晚我抵达美国 ,为了洛杉矶和蒙特娄将开始密集的训练. I tried to entertain myself while I was in Belgrade and really enjoyed spending time with the closest members of my life. I rarely get a chance to spend two weeks with them, so there is always positive side compared to some unfortunate things. I also managed to go to the seaside for a couple of days only. I went to Montenegro on business, but I took that opportunity to spend some time on the beach as well. This country's nature is beautiful and half of my family roots come from this land. Adriatic Sea is amazing; the color of it is so unique. One of the things you will be able to notice is that I have eaten too much chocolate, candies and breads, hahahaha. When you do not play for two weeks, muscles start relaxing too much which definitely I do not like so I am glad to start practicing again and bringing my body back to the great physical condition.
