我也想分享一个描述跑步的句子,写的很深刻,其实蛮常看到的.
会让我想起以前在某本书看到的--"所谓快乐,就是可以忘记自己的存在".
"Running is the classical road to self-consciousness, self-awareness and
self-reliance. Independence is the outstanding characteristic of a runner. He
learns the harsh reality of his physical and spiritual limitations when he
runs. He learns that personal commitment, sacrifice and determination are his
only means to betterment. Runners get promoted only through self-conquest."
