Van Gundy told reporters Tuesday -- while previewing the team's plans for
Thursday's NBA draft -- he wants good value for the restricted free agent if
the franchise chooses to give him up in a sign-and-trade deal.
范甘迪在当地时间6月24日对记者说道，如果球队用先签後换的方式将门罗送走的话，
他希望能够换回优质筹码。
He insists even if the 24-year-old power forward gets offered a maximum
contract by another team, the Pistons may determine they can live with paying
him, Andre Drummond and Josh Smith a lot of money to essentially play two
positions.
范甘迪坚称，即使有其他球队为这位24岁大前锋开出顶薪合同，活塞也有可能确定会匹配
合同，尽管门罗、安德烈-德拉蒙德和约什-史密斯三人其实只打两个位置。
Van Gundy also says having Monroe sign a one-year qualifying offer that would
make him an unrestricted free agent would be OK for the team, too.
SVG 同时表示，让门罗签下一份为期一年的合同，以便他能够成为非限制性自由球员，
对於这个方案球队也是可以接受的。
