标题[问题] 一题热传导问题

A stainless steel saucepan,with a base that is made of 0.35cm thick steel
[kss=46.0 W/(m．K)] fused to a 0.15 cm thickness of copper [kcu=401.0W/(m．K],
sits on a ceramic heating element at 104.0°C.The diameter of the pan is
18.0cm,
and it contains boiling water at 100.0°C.
(a)If the copper-clad bottom is touching the heat source,what is the temperat
ure
at the copper-steel interface?
(b)At what rate will the water evaporate from the pan?

这题我想问的是给热传导系数之後
一个稳定的热源104°C
我该怎麽
(a)求得两个材料间的温度
(b)他问了蒸发的速率，该怎麽由已提供资讯去求出水蒸发的速率呢
