To determine the time dependence of excess carriers in reaching a steady-
state condition.
Again consider an infinitely large,homogeneous n-type semiconductor with a
zero applied electric field. Assume that, for t<0, the semiconductor is in
thermal equilibrium and that ,for t>=0, a uniform generation rate exists
in the crystal. Calculate the excess carrier concentration as a function
of time assuming the condition of low injection.

我都解出来了
但是Yh里面的常数我找不到边界条件来是怎麽等於-g'τ
正常在工数里面来说都是题目会给边界条件的值
还是他有给我看不出来= =?
