the absolute value of momentum change of a particle
on the LEFT WALL
is |2mVx| in the average time |2Lx/Vx|,
so the average FORCE acting on the LEFT WALL is
|2mVx|/|2Lx/Vx| (momentum change per unit time)
Similarly, the answer is the same for the RIGHT WALL.
