I think there is lots of company have this kind of commercial system.
For example, rainbow and femtopower
The repition rate is around 5~10MHz, pulse duration~5fs.
And with a integrated CEP(carried envolope phase) stablized function,
you can easily produce a sin-pulse or cos-pulse.
If it is not available, you can build one by yourself. The technology
is wellknown.
However, if you want both high power and high repition rate laser,
you may need to use OPCPA pump system. It will be quite tedious.
